Some memories became traditions.
Now... Like with many things, it is gone forever. And whatever is going to eventually replace the once meaningful Fountain of Nations is still unclear. And the situation is not really any better since the demolition and construction seems to be taking forever.
So when things that meant something special, no longer exist, you notice it. Example... The Fountain of Nations in Epcot, dedicated at the park opening, was alreadys a favorite photo opt with family and friends on each visit. Plus it was beautiful to sit outside, usually at the Electric Umbrella or at the ice cream shop, and enjoy the fountain, the water jets, and the music. Plus the mist falling back down was a great way to cool off on a hot day.
