Disney... Sometimes I post things about Disney that put it in a less desirable light. Mainly because of what I knew for many years. From my first visit in 1972, the years that followed, to actually being a Disney world cast member from 2004 to 2012. That less desirable light... It's a comparison between what was, and what it is now... all the changes. Like with most things, changes happen, and usually not always to the better. Most times, things cost more while giving less in return. And while this is accepted as normal in most things... It simply didn't seen right for Disney.
Going to Disney over the years and being cast member was one of the happiest and enjoyable times in my life... And sharing those times with family and friends made it even more special. Perhaps that's why the current changes feel so objectionable. Things will never be the same.
So now you know my perspective. The Magic is fading away. We will probably never return to Disney. So all that's left for us is cherished memories.
Wish things were like before...
but they never will be, ever.
