Giant hogweed and Cow parsnip... both should be avoided. Saw tons of cow parsnip (as identified by SNP) up on the mountain along the road and trails. Saw lots of both in the valley. Apparently hogweed is worse than cow parsnip... I can hardly tell one from the other... But it would seem that both should be avoided at all costs.
