Epcot... Mexico... and Coco...
One of my favorite places in Epcot is the Mexico Pavilion. The colors, the interesting crafts, and its a great place to go on a hot day. Dining in the restaurant inside the pavilion is a unique experience. The food is good, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Relaxing cool dining looking out over the river, seeing the pyramid and volcano in the jungles. Sure makes it difficult to leave to go out into the heat.
