Remembering good times living at the beach. Go figure... I don't like crowds, I don't like being hot, I don't like sand, I don't like not having drinks & snacks at my fingertips, I don't like not having a bathroom close. Just baking in the hot sun, in the sand, nope, not for me. Early morning or sunset walks were the best. So... why did I enjoy the beach? Just like looking at the water. We did go to the beach to walk on the edge of the water & look for shells... maybe about one hour... then back to the comforts of water front restaurants or a drive along the beach... generally to some other place to eat. Go figure.
