Ahhh... nature. Up in the unspoiled mountain trails of the Appalachian Trail in Shenandoah National Park. Nothing but nature. All you see is trees, bushes, ferns, wild flowers, butterflies, wildlife... and the trail. All you hear is the wind through the trees and the birds. Sure is funny how this works... just about all the trails always seem to be going uphill... go figure.
