Fascination... Historical places has always held certain fascinations to me. Strangely, some with rather intense interest, while other fall into the I could care less category. Wondrous places which offer so many answers, yet create many more questions than answers. Still there's the simple fascination of it just being there. Knowing some facts, hearing the theories, and then the imagination of the grandeur that once was. A magical place with unfold secrets yet to be revealed. Perhaps some day... some day soon. A recently discovered buried chamber, via ground penetrating radar, yet to be excavated, was found when investing what appeared to be a sealed doorway. The door is to remain sealed pending government permission, which may never come. There are many historical sites around the globe that shall remain sealed and explored under the protection of their countries governments. I understand preservation, but the knowledge, the history, the secrets that they contain could provide such great historical insight. Perhaps information that governments of religions do not ever want to be revealed. Information that could change everything.
