BPPV and the Crystals in the inner Ear

( in case you ever have the experience) 

Until just 2 years ago I had never heard of BPPV. 

Extreme absolute dizziness when 

Bending over and getting up,

Sometimes even turning your head. 

And especially when first laying down. 
Debilitating dizziness that lasts for several minutes. 

Part of the symptoms when tested & treated,

Both eyes will violently twitch side to side,

It's been said that getting old is not for, pardon the phrase, pussies. And it's true.  But the alternative leaves nothing but death. So getting old means that you will live with various health issues from time to time.  Barring any catastrophic illness. And while pain and suffering is usual short lived until recovery... Take heart, you will get over it.  
But as you get older,  occurances will become more frequent. Sometimes it will seem that the bad days out number the good. Occasionally having bad days overlap, where you feel that a few good days strung together is a blessing. But such is life.
