Everyday... Reports of Overdoses in Schools
In the news... Everyday... In the schools... Drug abuse... Overdoses... And Deaths related to fentanyl laced illegal drugs. Despite the risks, kids continue to not only abuse illegal drugs, but disregard the heightened risk of fentanyl deaths.
Part of the Generation Z mentality. They want what they want, no matter what. Anything they do is okay, no matter what. Bad things only happen to other people. Consequences for their actions are someone else's fault.
Parents & kids that know the dangers... yet the kids continue to use illegal drugs. And are overdosing and dying for their bad decisions... Their bad choices... That they make repeatedly.
In the news... parents are outraged that schools are at fault for their kids bad choices. Again a issue of taking responsibility and the consequences for individual choices. Kids take illegal drugs... Not their fault. Parents blame anyone else for something that they should be responsible for... raising their own kids. Generation Y ?
Yes.... The schools should be safer for controlling drugs. Consequences for student violations need to be tougher. But Schools have been criticized for actions that are too tough on their kids that aren't responsible for their bad choices.... And now want to hold a fire to the schools for not being proactive. It's kinda like the entire police issue... Don't support good police, condemn them all, the yell about increased violent crime.
Kids doing drugs and the consequences rest entirely with the kids and their parents... STOP DEFLECTING YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
Stop blaming others for your shortcomings and failures.
