I survived!
IN THE NEWS: All this week and especially yesterday... everyone was concerned... dreading the dangers of the time change... and all the devastating health issues that comes with it.
Physical, mental, emotional, and psychological issues will decimate everyone and we will be fortunate to survive. The overall feeling yesterday... by the news media and those they interviewed...

"We are all going to suffer and die".
Reality check: All I can say is... "what the hell?"
Reality check: All I can say is... "what the hell?"
Perhaps it's the time that I was born and raised... Beginning in the 1950s. We seemed to have both feet firmly on the ground in lifes reality... where real issues were felt with... and handled.
Today... the overall response to everything... no matter how small... Is to be offended by the smallest of things. Daylight savings time being the current social turmoil... fueled by the media.
Generation Y-Z... are they emotionally out of control? I guess that depends on your perspective. And the older your perspective reaches back in time... The more the younger generations seem to be drama filled and emotional about everything. But, for the most part, they do it to themselves, and they have to live with all the drama they create. So in their eyes... They are justified in everything.
Justified or not ... Perspective.
As for myself ... I SURVIVED the time change. Unscathed... physically, mentally, emotionally, and psychologically.
One day... One hour... Once a year... The clocks roll back. A slight adjustment once a year. It's hard to understand.
The changes in daylight hours going between 8 hours to 15 hours as the year progresses would seem to be more of an influence. Emotionally down a winter approaches... And on the up swing in the spring, heading towards 15 hours of daylight in the summer. Plus, how many people truly loose an hour of sleep on Sunday morning... Most people do not have to work early on Sunday morning... So they can wake up when their body is ready. So where's the problem?
Nevertheless... the band wagon rolls on: and as usual, there's always support for whatever emotional issues areas the flavor of the day.
