EPCOT
Needless to say. . After years of drinking and drunkeness at EPCOT festivals and special events... little or nothing has been done to curb the problem. Disney has actually encouraged drinking, resulting in drunken rude obnoxious behavior of people that use Epcot as a party zone on Friday & Saturday evenings. Probably not the atmosphere that Walt could have imagined. But alcohol is big business and big profits... so the effect on guest with families is mostly overlooked. In fact, in my personal experiences... disney security and area managers seem extremely scarce on those evenings. Guest relations agrees and offers the standard apology, which offers little satisfaction. Epcot is wonderful, perhaps our favorite park, by its no place to be on Friday & Saturday evenings.
Disney promotion: "Drink your way around the world"... As in world showcase.
But this is my perspective. Tsje it fir what it is worth.
