Interesting

Interesting ... 

There's lots of things that are wrong in society.  Racial prejudice is clearly one of those things. Although it seems more prevalent in larger cities and urban areas verses rural and country areas.

One of the key elements involved in racial equality for opportunities is the percentage of African Americans in the work place in preferred jobs. For some reason racial equality for opportunities via outdated affirmative action policies would seek to have equal employment in the work force to be equal between Caucasians and blacks. Even thought the respective percentages of the population are far from equal.  White Caucasian represent 60% of the population,  while African Americans represent only 13% of the population.  So why should the be an equal number of whites vs blacks in the same workplace? Now there are more considerations to this issue... To say that Black numbers in the workplace should be equal to whites is not equal.  There are plenty of other issues... but sheer equal numbers is not a valid argument.
