Dining Out... Restaurants
Post-Covid dining out. Clearly not what is was prior to covid.
Nothing seems to be a good s it once was. Big price increases, supply shortage issues, and more importantly, quality and service are greatly lacking. Quality and preparation of the meal is sloppy and careless. The meal is barely warm and inconsistent temperature between the different items. Burgers & steaks... They can't get the cooking right... either under cooked or over cooked. Veggies are not presented fresh. Bread is less than fresh. Sometimes, even the sodas are lacking carbonation. Iced tea is cloudy, not fresh. There is no attention to details on anything. Changes in personnel has resulted in neglectful waiters. Prices up, quality down, and service that sucks. And worse yet... It's happening everywhere. We continue to cross off restaurant after restaurant... Not to return. We are quickly running out of options.
Premium restaurants are overpriced and lacking.

Sit down chains are really lacking.
Fast food is terrible.
As bad experiences at individual restaurants adds up...
1st bad experience... unusual off day?
2nd bad experience... Had pattern of disappointment
3rd bad experience... three strikes... their out! Done, not going back.
It's a real shame restaurants are going down hill fast.

The only answer: avoid DISAPPOINTMENT and overpaying for for crappy food & bad service... BY QUALITY FOOD AND FIX IT AT HOME.
Dining out is not very good any more with few exceptions.
