Best Cream of Crab Soup

Best Cream of Crab Soup


Combine on large pot.
Milk, half & half, and chicken broth. 
Medium heat... still frequently. 
When warm add butter & fish bullion.
Still constantly bring to slow running boil.
Add corn starch to thicken.
Still stirring constantly. 
Add old bay seasoning, salt, 
and white pepper to taste.
Once thickened slowly stir in jumbo crab meat
So as not to break up the clamps of crab meat.
When serving add some extra crab meat
on top of the dish seasoned lightly with old bay.
Sprinkle with fine chopped chives.
