There are numerous responses why retirement is called a second childhood. One of the top five reasons is simply... naptime. Of the seven days to each week, generally 4 or 5 will involve an afternoon nap. If ya slept good the night before, the nap time is usually 60-75 minutes. To the other extreme, a bad night sleep the night before could result in an unexpected nap of 2+ hours. And no matter the nap time, bedtime will still be the same, somewhere between 10- 11 PM. So here's to that all important and much needed afternoon nap. Right now, it's 8:56 pm... And I'm already yawning... repeatedly. No nap today... Closing my eyes while watching Sunday night football.
Y'all have a good night... Sleep well... And if you need it, hopefully you'll get that afternoon nap.
