In between...

In between... October and Halloween have come and gone. Early November is in between... Next is Thanksgiving.  For now we can enjoy fresh new crop apples, apple butter, pumpkin butter, and delicious pumpkin pie.  Fall decorations from October carry right over through Thanksgiving making the home feel inviting and cost. So in between time is peaceful and relaxing. Did I mention pie?  Yum. Then there's always the early sampling of holiday cookies.  Sneak them away with some ice cold milk.
