I don't understand the "it can't happen to me mentality". Time and time again you see it, you hear it, and yet you drive down the road and see people texting or doing something on their phone as they weave back and forth in their lane, sometimes even coming over into your lane. Your only hope is that WHEN they have an accident (and they will eventually) that they hit a tree or barrier and only injure themselves and not kill anyone else. Even more hard to understand is those states the don't have phone laws while driving... they have seat belt laws to protect stupid people from themselves... but not laws to protect everyone else from stupid people that use their phones while driving and put everyone else in danger. They are invincible...right? LOL. Those they put in danger aren't laughing... and eventually, they won't be able to laugh either. It's just a bad as drunk driving, perhaps worse, because they are fully aware of what they are doing, the dangers to themselves, the danger to others, and the potential for lives destroyed... but still do it.
