Dealing with Gen Z
Best practice

Being born in the middle of the last century
giving  me the  status of a  boomer
has given me lots of experience
resulting in many insights
making my life
Happier.

Yep... I know stuff.
What I don't understand is the emotional and mental
Stability of  "Generation Z".
They continuously live in drama,
most of which they create themselves.
There are moments of happiness...
But they are usually short lived.

They are annoyed by everything.
They are offended by everything.
Everything has to be their way.
They are right about everything.
(because they know everything).
Life isn't fair... life owes them something.
They are strongly opinionated while trying to convince
you that they are right, and you should believe as they do.
They always want to insert themselves into
situations that don't involve them.
They are not interested in different perspectives.
No one can tell them or convince them that they are wrong.
They are offended by others with different lifestyles
bordering on being prejudice.
(LGBTQ community or those that believe in abortion)
And they love to argue and express discontent
via text messages which only makes everything worse.
Their cell phones are part of their body... Right?
They have no filters... every thought is quickly blurted out.
They live for drama... if it doesn't find them,
They will create it, and get everyone
else involved in their drama.

But... I digress...
How I deal with Gen Z.
Includes many millennials.

 I DO KNOW
(and if I did I wouldn't try to tell them)
I DON'T CARE
(they create their own issues)
IDGAF.
(I don't even care that I don't care)
