Magic Kingdom. 

Food usually is pretty good 7/10.

As to atmosphere...

General seating is down stairs where you get your food. 
Quite a large area... generally very busy...

Families and lots of kids. 

For the best seating, go upstairs.

Families don't drag their kids up there. 
Smaller, more cozy, and best atmosphere. 

For the best of the best...

There's a little nook that's on the bridge over

where people go from Liberty Square to Fantasyland.

Peaceful, quiet, and cozy.

( that is, when its open)

Get a seat by the window and watch everyone walk by.
