Diabetic?

Diabetic?... Pre-Diabetic? ...
Blood glucose elevated in the normal range?

If so, you better have a plan. Diabetes will slowly kill you presenting one serious health issues after another. Painful and debilitating.
Make no mistake... THIS IS A SERIOUS ILLNESS.

THE GOOD NEWS... If you are type 2 or pre diabetic you can save yourself. I was on the edge of being pre diabetic.  A1C= 5.6 and blood glucose =115 (fasting). The highest point in the normal range. My mom was type 2... Extremely over weight 380 lbs... was on pills, then insulin, then higher doses. Didn't eat properly,  didn't exercise, and basically did everything to make her condition be the worse it could be. It negatively affected every organ, including her eyes. Blood vessels in the eyes rupturing great affecting eyesight... and amputation of some toes. Eventually killing her, but making her life both mentally and physically devastating.

But, back to me. Having seen the catastrophic effects first hand,  I know all too well that diabetes is nothing to pay with. So I got numerous books which only confused all the issues and how to handle corrective actions.

Then I found Perry Health. No doctors to see, is all done by phone. They supplied me with a meter and supplies. More importantly, a coach, dietitian, and nurse to walk me through every aspect of controlling, reversing and lowering the blood glucose numbers. Excellent help to understand how to do everything.  Clear, concise, and helpful insight to control blood glucose.  Healthy eating, exercise goals, weight goals, and daily habits. It's not about  "diets"... It's about altering your lifestyle to feel and be healthier. And... it works.  No drugs or medications.  My A1C  is down, and my blood glucose readings are in the normal 82-94 range 3 hours after a meal.... verses 115 fasting. So... type 2 is indeed reversible.  No great sacrifices... just changes. Terrific results...  Over 90 readings my average is 109.... covering all times of the day... before and after meals.

The absolute best service that Perry offers, is the people that help you.  Professional,  friendly, and they have a vested interest in helping you reach your goals.  Really couldn't say enough good things about them. It's like talking to a knowledgeable friend that supports and encourages you to meet your health goals.
