On a personal note.
Our experience from the past. We enjoyed the Halloween & Christmas Parties at Magic Kingdom. We always felt the "Not So Scary Halloween Party" was the best. The Christmas party... not so much. Going to magic kingdom during the day verses the party at night... Not much difference. The parade was pretty much the same. The decorations were the same. There was a daytime stage show at the castle and a slightly different one at night. The fireworks were only marginally better at the Christmas party versus other nights. The food offerings were the same. The desserts offerings were better at the party. There were two other minor stage shows for the party. And at the party you got free cookies and hot chocolate ( made with water). All in all... We really didn't see the value of the Christmas party. Only went once.... Somewhat of a let down compared to Halloween offerings. We enjoyed Halloween party for 5 visits. Christmas party is a festive gathering at night time but for us... this only rates a "one and done" experience.
