Spring time weather has finally arrived. Quite the relief from the cold and chill of winter. Several things change... One being that it's once again lawn season.
The first cut is the hardest because of all the winter debris cleanup. Twigs , branches, dead leaves, and anything else that blows onto the lawn or falls from the sky.
So... The cleanup up is done ( too much raking).
The grass is cut - tractor mower (walk behind mower on the hill).
The trimming is done ( thank goodness for gas line trimmers).
The gas blower for the cleanup...
And after three days of work... The lawn is almost finished.
So aside from killing time... and killing my back...

It's time to go on a killing spree.
Spraying "Kills All" for around the driveway, walkways, house, fences, shed, gravel trim & parking area, and things that would take extra trimming time. Increases the tractor mowing effort and greatly reduces trimming time.
The killing time... dandelions, chickweed, clover, goose root, nut grass, creeping buttercup, and several others that remain unknown.

Five days of rest until it starts all over again. Joy.
