Inconceivable

Inconceivable... really? ...  Yes!

Well, that's the overall feeling that the news media and people have when natural disasters occur. Years ago there was a huge lake that dried up and disappeared for decades. Now fertile land perfect for farming, as so they did. High yielding crops of oranges and pistachios. Now with unprecedented rains the lake is returning, and the winter snows will only add to the problem. Scientists say that the hundreds of acres of farmland, now under water, would take decades to return to farmland, if at all. Everyone seems to be shocked and that views this natural occurrence as inconceivable.

Nature and its weather with the resulting natural disasters are becoming not only more frequent,  but also much more intense. Global weather conditions that have been part of the Earths cycles for thousands of years.  Repeated over and over.  Science has laid out all the history and the cycles of the earth shall weather and climate conditions. Yet, everyone is shocked when it happens. Shocked over what happened, but shocked that it could happen.

Well, buckle your seatbelt in batten down the hatches, more frequent and intense weather is occurring now, and will intensify in the coming years.

Earths history has shown how the ocean levels rise and fall by hundreds of feet over time. And they are currently on the rise. Coastal population areas will be ... well... Someday under water. The Earth has little regard for the Endeavors of humans. And if the is a accelerated catastrophic raise in the oceans... it should come s no surprise.

And no matter how shocked or inconceivable this may seem... The reality is... It will happen. Humans have built structures based on weather from the past. They will not withstand future weather events... being at the mercy of nature with catastrophic results.
And the agriculture on which everyone relies... That will be affected too. The good news... Fortunately, most times, climate change is slow and gradual when comparing human time to nature's time... hundreds of years compared to tens of thousands years.
