Unnatural perhaps supernatural fascination...
Inexplicable attraction.
Some things or events fall into this category. Such is my fascination with the ill-fated Ship of Dreams... Titanic. Ever since I was a kid, I was always drawn to the story of the Titanic. Why? Unknown.
I don't think I had any past relatives that were involved in the sinking... But who knows .. can not trace family lineage. Two somewhat far fetched theories... genetic memory or reincarnation. Not that I believe in reincarnation... but genetic memory... I'm open minded.

Nevertheless... an ongoing fascination, that can not be explained.
And now... a bit of history.
Tempting fate... Titanic was taunted as being Unsinkable.
Tempting fate... Titanic was taunted as being Unsinkable.
And if you are the least bit superstitious, taunting fate
is never a good thing to do.
Departure...
The Ship of Dreams
Luxury beyond belief for 1st class passengers.
The journey...
Started April 10th, 1912
Tragically ended April 15, 1912 ... 12:58am
The have been more than a few theories as to the numerous factors that combined to seal Titanics fate, and no doubt some theories, that despite exhausted investigations were not revealed or intentionally covered up to divert any blame. Needless to say, the result was absolutely attributed to a number of numerous human errors in judgment.
And once Titanic fatally collided with the iceberg, the inescapable concept that the ship was unsinkable greatly contributed to extra lives being lost... many simply would not leave the ship because it was believed that this ship could not sink.
