Ha-ha... not funny...
Woke up this morning to find this book on the table. Ha-ha.
Looking through the house... no one was home. Wife, daughter, and two grand daughters... gone. Even the dogs were no where to be found. Walked outside to check the cars... gone. And it was strangely quiet. No people, no cars, no noise at all. No birds, no squirrels, no airplanes... nothing moving about. Absolute complete silence.
Okay... not funny.
Not funny at all!
Then after several minutes everything was life as usual. Everyone got home, a car drive up the street, birds flew by... and all was right with the world.
I'm alive!
Yes... I knew everything was okay and normal. And no I didn't let my imagination run away with me. Didn't think it for a moment.
Should have known it all along. My back still hurt, my shoulder acked, I was still coughing.
Awake and alive!
