Weigh - in

10 months ago we changed our eating habits to eating healthier. Not a diet,  but simply counting calories and changing to eat better foods... not eliminating unhealthy foods but limiting quanity and frequency.

Myself averaging 1600 calories per day.  Started at 255.5 lbs... Today 236.2 lbs. 19.3  lbs lost in 10 months... slow and steady. Count calories and log everything I eat everyday.  So far very successful and don't feel that I'm denying myself anything.  Ultimate goal is to break into the 220s... and eventually exactly 220 lbs. Another 16 lbs. For a total weight loss of 35 lbs. Ideally ti eventually reach 215 lbs.
220 lbs in another 12 months and 215 lbs by the end of next year.
So... It can be done without diets, pills, or premade meals. It just takes time, which is the best way to lose weight and keep it off for good. Commitment to a healthier life.
Perhaps... Encouragement for all.
