Disney Congestion?

So can Disney be congested? Harder to get around?

If you've ever been to Disney when it's crowded you'll know the answer to this question is... yes! Sometimes aggrivating and annoying... Too many people,  too many strollers, too many kids running around, and too many oblivious people that decide to stop, talk, and block up the most congested areas in the worse possible places. Too much waiting,  and too long lines... Usually in the heat.

We extensively went to Disney from 2004 - 2011. A busy day at Magic Kingdom was 50-60 thousand, verses a normal day of 40-45,000.
When it hit 60,000 it was mostly miserable getting around. They estimate the new park limits at 90-100 thousand people. Much more than I care to ensure. I guess we just got spoiled... Especially when on low volume days in the off season was 35,000 people, and everything was almost a walk on ride. Popular attractions wait times was 10-15 minutes.  Times have clearly changed.

So given the increased crowds, and the difficulties of getting around... enter a new guest technically advanced robot.... To carry your stuff and follow you around.  Another convience to those that can pay the premium for this service.  Which is fine... But adding to the congestion of things to move around, just to get around.

But,  that's progress. The future.
Maybe I'm just a bit old school.
