Ever been drawn to the attraction of a mysterious woods as the sun sets. The light, the shadows, the misty fog rolling in, the silhouette of the trees in the remaining twilight... The sounds of the night as the woods comes alive. Quite relaxing and beautiful... If you don't let your imagination run away with you. Light and shadows playing tricks on you? I'm sure it's just your imagination. You hear strange sounds, smell odd things... as your senses are heightened to everything around you. Then you walk through a spider web... right across your face... it always goes across your face. There's a rustling in the leaves, the snap twigs and branches... something is out there and your imagination is off and running. Your logical side explains it all away... but you find little comfort in logic. You continue to walk and explore... It's a journey of discovery... that's soon loosing it's appeal as darkness falls deeper upon the wood. How far away from things are you? Thinking of a phrase in a movie... You are in a place that no one goes, no one goes here after dark, deep in the woods, alone, where no one could even hear your screams. Okay...I watch too many movies. But it does make for some interesting photos.
