What was once conceived, planned, and put into place has become something exactly the opposite. Government is like a private club where they make all the rules for everyone else to live by, exempting themselves from any of the rules, and basically not taking responsibility for anything they do, or fail to do... all the while taking care of themselves well beyond compensation for anything good they have accomplished. Politicians are beyond control, and out of control.
