How the times have changed. Smartphones, gotta have them. All the brands, and the pros and cons, all the personal preferences, likes, and dislikes. It will make you head spin. So what's the perfect phone. That varies as much as people do. We started with iPhones... liked the phone, just not the interface with the pc. Switched to LG Vista liked it much better, but is was outdated 1 year later. It was only an 16 Gb phone and the OS and bloatware apps left little room for anything else. Our next upgrade was to the LG V10... 64Gb (great) ... 4 Gb ram (could be better)... but it has performed well for 18 months and we love it. Again, personal preferences. We are now located deep in the countryside. 2 bars at best... but it still functions very well. Our daughter had a Sansung Galaxy... the antenna must not be very good... she had a terrible time keeping a signal to even talk. She just got the LG V20... Problem solved. Living away from the city or urban areas you'll have problems with reception... Problems solved. So again, it all a matter of preferences. You'll always have people have something not to their liking... like the camera features. Hey, if taking photos is that vital... ya need to get a real camera with real features... not a phone. So there's my two cents worth. Another feature that was important to us... we can change our own battery with ease. In fact my phone carry case, which clips to my belt, allows me to carry an extra battery which is not only slimmer than those rechargeable carry stations, but its also instant, right when I switch the battery.
