It’s Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Every Holiday Season a very special Christmas Party is held on select nights at the Magic Kingdom from 7pm to Midnight. Special Shows and Parades, decorations, and hot cocoa & cookies for everyone. All your favorite characters are dressed in their Christmas Best and the special holiday celebration begins. All the regular attractions and rides are open as usual, so you can get a great mix of the special holiday festivities as well as your favorite rides. It’s a Small World seems to be especially busy at the parties. There’s a special Christmas Fireworks show, Christmas Stage show, and of course the Christmas Parade. Just a quick note… the Disney Christmas Parade that you see on Tv… it has nothing to do with the regular Magic Kingdom Christmas Parade… totally different.
Main Street and the Castle as the Focal point of the for most of the Christmas Celebration. The festive holiday spirit is in full abundance everywhere. Many of the guests dress in colorful holiday attire to add to the merriment. The Castle changes colors throughout the evening… but the most spectacular effect is the “frosting” of the castle with thousands of tiny lights. Photo’s can not do it justice… simply breathtaking.
