History... It's not everybody's thing.

But for those so inclined.

One thing I have noticed. 
Generally 25-40 year olds 

are not so interested in history

15-25 year olds... Haven't even got a clue.

It's funny to watch that guy on the street

ask questions of passer bys.

OMG... They really don't have a clue.

The americans & British. 

How many moons does fur earth have? 
Two,  one in the day & one in the night. 

Where is the nation's capital? 
Miami.

What country is directly North of the U.S.?

Russia. 

Who bombed pearl harbor?

The Americans... no, the Germans. 

Where were the thirteen original colonies located?

California.  

How did the Titanic sink?

The Germans sunk it with torpedoes.

WOW... all this is simply amazing.

Lincoln. 

What does memorial day celebrate? 
The beginning of summer. 
How about Labor Day?

The end of summer. 
How about July 4th?

Independence Day. 
Who did we get independence from?

The Indians. 

Which president is credited for ending slavery? 
Obama.

Where was the California gold rush?

Texas

What are the first three words of the Constitution?

In the beginning.

Once upon a time. 

What is the significant of the date 1776?

Columbus discovered America. 

Well, at least they heard of some history...

It's just all mixed up and wrong. 

I give up... What are the schools teaching?

New math... division using blocks. 
Not required to read any books. 
Multiplication and division of fractions.

(really? When will they use this)

Anyway... Everybody has priorities. 
Clearly history is not one of them.
