With all the great Google technology, perhaps you might consider upgrading Google Blogger. Its plain, simple and lacks the ability to choose font, the text size, the text color, the size or position of photos... and the ability to upload more than one photo at a time.
I've used "Blogger Pro" for years, an app by non google programer, and it worked great untill a recent OneUi7 update which disabled it.

WordPress provides some options but it is horrible for uploading photos... no positioning, no sizing, And photos run off psst the right margin. So I'm back to the very simple, no creativity, Google Blogger... hence the irregular formatting and changes.
