Tourist Traps
The list is probably almost endless.
But they listed the top 10.
In no particular order
They included...
Las Vegas
Myrtle Beach
Universal Studios Florida
Several City Attractions
And at number 10...
Disney World
(no surprise there)
The price of admission is
Completely over the top.
Now topping $200/day/person.
Elevated prices for food & snacks.
Many things that were once free
Now have a cost
That keeps going up.
Fast passes that were once free to everyone are called lightening lanes
Passes and top out at
$400/day /person
(above the cost of admission)
Extremely long lines for
Rides & attractions
Merchandise
Food & snacks
Too crowded to truly enjoy the experience.
Sorry... just not very magical anymore.
Not too long ago you could enjoy
A ride or attraction almost every hour. Now you are lucky to only have to wait 2 hours in one line.
Popular rides upwards of 300 minutes. Duh... That's 5 hours wait for one ride.
But doesn't 300 minutes seem better than saying 5 hours?
But doesn't 300 minutes seem better than saying 5 hours?
This is NOT
A Good Time.
But if you never knew how it was before... you don't realize how
Bad it has gotten now.
So if you don't know any different...
You will still think its magical.
My perspective from my experiences...
