Customer Satisfaction
Most places will at least make an attempt
to make & keep customers happy.
right from the start.
Like restaurants that serve french fries that are lump and barely warm. This is a major distinction of management controls to provide quality food. Sloppy thrown together messy sandwiches are disfunction.
Where is the comittment to serve quality?
Where is the comittment to serve quality?
Most will replace something that is not right.
But why should I have to ask.
But why should I have to ask.
Btw... Restaurants...
Three disappointments and I'm never coming back.
And it seems like the lack of concern to perform quality services spreads to seemingly every company.
Home repair/improvements as usually
NOT 100% Perfect / flawless.
Consumer food products is also packing in quality.
We recently bought a 24 pack of Tropicana
Orange juice for the convenience factor.
The probuct was terribly bitter with stale taste.

Perhaps once every five years I write to a company,
My experience... I wrote tropicanna directly.
Not to my satisfaction, I got the standard
Public relations letter...
"sorry our product did not live up to your expectation".
Okay, I spent $16 for your product that tasted so bad it could not be drunken.
So there are the two extremes.
So there are the two extremes.
Send coupons to the purchase valve.
Or simply a sorry response.
( just pluck off... we don't need your business)
Somewhere in the middle would have been acceptable
Perhaps coupons for 2 regular bottles of juice.
The problem with corporate world is that the population is so large... They really don't care if they lose you as a customer... There's plenty more to replace you.
