Push/pull

When you watch somebody trying to go into a store... They push repeatedly on the door, it won't open,  and you hear them say it must be locked. They start to walk away.  Another person comes out of the store. Seeing this, they go back to the door to go in... They push on the door, It won't open.

Finally another person comes out... They hold the door open... And the first person goes in. Was almost tempted to wait in the car to see if they could get back out.  
I guess everybody can have a bad day.
