Exclusive?

Exclusive? ... Anything that excludes all but one particular select group.

Segregation? ... The act of being exclusive and grouping particular select groups apart from one another into "like" groups. Today it's by choice, acceptance, or intimidation of peer pressure, simply going along with the crowd.

Prejudice?  ... Generally the negative attitudes of any particular select group towards and other select or exclusive select group.

Persecution?  ... The result of exclusive segregated select groups negative attitudes towards other select groups that does not accept the beliefs or even the existence of another,  and seeks to condemn them, simply because they are in a different select group.

Oppression? ... The result of persecution, judgement, and condemnation of one exclusive segregated select group because of negative attitudes towards other groups. Or the perceived impression that personal failures are blamed on oppression as a result of segregation, prejudice, and persecution from other select groups.

So what exclusive select segregated groups exist today's in society?
Perhaps too many to count.  Ethnic, religious, social status,  education status, earnings status, where people live, criminals, law biding citizens, and numerous other exclusive segregated groups that either promote s
upremacy or oppression as to justify prejudice and persecution of others.

So what are  "select exclusive segregated groups".  Actual groups where those that belong made a choice to be in that group, and unfortunately in today's society,  those that are perceived or grouped together by others simply because of factors like ethnic profiling or social profiling. To say that all of any one ethnic group, should be grouped together because of profiling.

Who's here trying to control the negative interactions between all these groups?  The law makers, the justice system, the police, and the courts, and intimately jails & prisons.

It's a loosing battle for which there is no end or resolution.

So why does society seek to create more and more social division by establishing more exclusive select segregated groups while yelling for fairness and equality that everyone is equal, as in one race... The human race. As in all lives matter. Yelling for more police protection yet condemning police as a whole.

100 years ago segregation was forced upon people. Today it's a conscious choice to create exclusive select segregated groups based on ethnic origins. One was a form of oppression, the other a form of inclusiveness. Both seem to have the same effect on society of creating social division.

So that's just some early merging thoughts. Perhaps it may broaden your perspective. Perhaps you can agree in part or whole, or not at all. We all see things differently from our own perspective from our own lives experiences.  Far be it for me to tell you what you should think of feel. Politics, the news media, religion, and those special select exclusive segregated groups do that everyday to everyone.

Think what you will,  believe what you will,  and feel a you do. Question everything you are told.
