HALLOWEEN stars early at Disney. The Special Event Not So Scary Halloween Party was always one of our favorite special events. If you have never attended the party, it is still a good experience... though the value at current prices and offerings seem to be the new Disney philosophy of paying more and getting less. First time guests would probably view the event as a splurge for a memorable experience. Those that have been before would view a repeat visit as not being worth the price of admission. Nevertheless, Disney will sell out every night... So the crowds will be at capacity. Very crowded for stage shows, cavalcade, and fireworks... Along with longer wait times for rides and attractions.
