Perhaps good news for the Philips Cpap Recall.

The FDA is pushing Philips to submit reports on progress as to the recall status and how much progress they've made verses the delays and pushed back estimated completion dates. Do to Philips slow progress, the FDA could be advocating REFUNDS to patients that have already waited since last June for replacement of the defective cpap equipment.
Keep in mind that Philips knew of this problem over there years ago... And not only took no action, but continued to build units using that same defective toxic foam. And Philips only did a voluntary recall moments before the FDA was going to issue a mandated recall. This giving Philips easier recall guidelines. But now that the recall process has not made efforts to handle the recall in a timely manner, the FDA may make REFUNDS mandatory, which is great news for patients would still be waiting until next year for resolution of the recall. This will no doubt be another tangled mess. This involves all cpap machines made since 2016, and are at least been used for one year or more.
