Several minutes of preparation.
Thirty minutes to perfectly prepare the perfect meal.
Looks delicious! Hot and ready.
And in a mere several minutes... It's gone.
Fifteen minutes for cleanup.
Ready to start the day... In the 60s today.
UPDATE...
Went back to bed for an hour.... Then got up with Shelly.
Told her I had this dream... about getting up and making breakfast.
She said... You were up and made breakfast.
I said... Wow, you had that same dream!
She said she could smell it cooking.
I said... So could I... wow, I never smelled anything in a dream before.
She said... You tried to clean everything up.
I said... I dreamed that too!
She said... Did you leave toast crumbs on the counter in your dream?
I said... nope, in my dream, everything was all cleaned up. That must be from last night.
SILENCE... SHE WAS NOT AMUSED! I DECIDED TO NOT SAY ANY MORE.
( YEP... Sometimes I practice at being smart. Practice makes perfect... but not totally there yet).
Life... It's just another opportunity to amuse myself.
