For several years I've enjoyed watching several shows on the History Channel. The Josh Gates series have been especially enjoyable. They're a good mix of travel, historical places & facts, coupled with the intrigue of discovery, and light hearted humor. And while there haven't been any earth shattering discoveries, its still filled with adventure. Informative & enlightening, and not only are you entertained, but you'll discover things you didn't already know or certainly gain a unique perspective of historical events and history.
