Abandoned and forgotten. Once majestic and beautiful, it's hard to believe that someone just walked away such grand structures. Who built them? When were they built? Who lived there? And how could they have been abandoned? How wonderful they must have looked when they were in full grandeur. It's simply had to conceive that such great buildings were simply abandoned. Lost to time & history. Just left to decay and fall apart, many with possessions still inside. Nothing salvaged. Nothing saved. Inconceivable.
