Choices... after being on the beach for 3 1/2 years and seeing wonderful sunsets over the water, do have to say that sunsets from atop the mountains on Skyline Drive are much more to my liking. First off, it's the mountains with plush greenery and fantastic views. Second, the multi levels of the topography add so much more to the texture of the setting sun. Third, well, perhaps I'm showing a bit of favoritism, but it simply seems so much better here in the clear clean mountain air, where all you hear is the birds and the wind... and six people would constitute a crowd. Here in the middle of nature father than crowded tourist filled beaches. Yep... all around better in every aspect. Except for the lack of cell phone towers... But it is a get a way location.
