No diet for me.

Eating healthy is a change in your lifestyle. Calling it a diet has so many negative connotations generally requiring sacrifice, and doing without the things you love. Eating healthy is not about  denying the things you love, that are bad bad for you, its all about limitations.  Eating more healthy options and less not so healthy options. A single small bite can be just as physically satisfying as eating the whole candy bar. So in cases of cravings, I carry an emergency prescription... just the right thing to physically and emotionally satisfy that craving. Take one, twice a day, by mouth. Problem solved. Objective... less carbs, less sugars.... oh look... Celery! Yum. Sometimes its a mental thing too. And believe me... Sometimes I feel like I'm going mental at times... oh look, carrots! Yum. What do you mean... no refills on this prescription.
