Those thrilling days of yesteryear... 

The year... 1965... 

Westerns Reigned Supreme

yep, good old cowboys & Indians.

followed by:

war shows, mysteries, adventure, 

and the newest fad... science fiction.

Of course each had their serious stories

and comedy stories.

Then there was the outright comedy shows

and variety shows. 

Kinda nice to the names of the shows 

and the actors as well as the 

news reporters names.

Good night David... Good night Chet...

and that's the way it was,  October 27, 1965

And Peter Jennings & Dan Rather.

Less we not forget...
