Evacuations in progress and people are warned that if they decline to leave, emergency services will not be able to respond and vital utilities of water, electric, and communications may be out for several days. 2.5 million people told to evacuate immediately. Supplies of food and water from stores will be unavailable. All major tourist attractions are closed. Airports closed. Coastal tidal surge (8 Ft) and inland rain (15 inches) flooding expected to be bad.
