Those on both sides of the covid issue are not showing up for work for different reasons. Whether they are vaccinated or not, to wear masks or not, to follow distancing guidelines or not.
THE ISSUE... Some don't want to be exposed to the added risk of contracting the virus from a largely unvaccinated group of school children. Particularly since kids generally slip on following the guidelines of masks and distancing.
