Day 5 ... so far so good. Daily goal under 2100 calories, less than 300 carbohydrates, and under 50 sugars. Goal is to loose 30 pounds by years end. Haven't gone too crazy yet. Meals... Everything in extreme moderation. Not much is forbidden, just quality! Two spoons of ice cream rather than two scoops. Snacks and in between meals are the hardest.
