Shenandoah National Park... Skyline Drive.
Always relaxing, beautiful nature scenery.
It's a shame that due to financial constraints and lack of federal funds that some aspects of the park are being neglected. The stone walls that were build back in the 1930s, to stand the test of time, with a little maintenance, are being covered by vegetation and in many places stones have become dislodged, loose, and fallen to the ground. Hopefully the deterioration will be stopped by maintenance and restored to their original condition as intended.
Aside from this, the drive across the mountain top is still beautiful. One if my favorite place to visit.
