October 1st... now it feels like the fall... There's a chill in the air...
It's time for hot beverages.
Today... It's a white chocolate mocha.
I first enjoyed white chocolate mocha at Starbucks. It was always a great treat. But everything good comes with a price... and at $4.95 a cup it was pricey.
And the desire to have one wasn't always in sync the the location of the not so nearby Starbucks.
Alternate plan... Make my own any time I want. Now, I don't have a espresso maker, but I could use instant coffee to solve the issue.
Start with whole milk in your favorite mug. Quick and easy ... Microwave.
Add Land o Lakes White Artic cocoa mix, sugar, instant coffee, and nutmeg.
Enjoy! ... at about 80 cents per cup.
